Boston Airport Adds Therapy Dogs
If airport stress feels unavoidable, Boston’s Logan Airport is trying something refreshingly simple: dogs. A new program called BOS PAWS brings trained therapy dogs into the terminals to offer travelers a few calm, grounding minutes before takeoff. It’s a small moment of comfort in a space that usually feels rushed and tense.
The dogs, named Waffles, Buster, and Remington, wander the airport with their handlers wearing “pet me” vests, inviting quick hellos from anyone who needs it. Therapy dogs are known to help lower stress and ease anxiety, which makes them a natural fit for crowded gates, long delays, and emotional trips. Some travelers are heading on vacation, others are flying for harder reasons, and the dogs meet everyone exactly where they are.
These pups aren’t just friendly faces. They’re certified therapy dogs trained to handle loud noises, busy crowds, and nonstop movement. For many travelers, a few quiet moments with a dog might not fix the flight, but it can make the journey feel a little less daunting.

The Key To Quality Sleep
As the days shorten and the nights grow longer, nothing matters more than restorative rest! Cornbread Hemp’s USDA organic Sleep Gummies are designed to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. The best part? They’re made without melatonin, so you can skip the weird dreams and the next-day grogginess.
Each gummy combines full-spectrum hemp with calming botanicals, including valerian root, chamomile, and lavender. They work naturally to help relax your body and quiet your mind, promoting a restful sleep cycle. Because good days start with great nights!

Should Your Dog Wear a Sweater Outside?
Dog sweaters are everywhere once temperatures dip, but whether your dog actually needs one depends on more than the forecast. While some pups are perfectly comfortable in chilly weather, others lose heat quickly and benefit from an extra layer, especially on short outdoor trips or drafty indoor days.
Small dogs, thin-haired breeds, puppies, and seniors tend to struggle more with cold. Chihuahuas, dachshunds, and hairless breeds often shiver when temperatures drop, even indoors, and a properly fitted sweater can help them stay comfortable. On the flip side, dogs with thick or double coats (think huskies, malamutes, or Newfoundlands) are built for cold weather and may overheat if bundled up.
The easiest way to tell? Watch your dog. Shivering, cold ears, or curling tightly into blankets are signs they might appreciate extra warmth. A good sweater should fit snugly without restricting movement and avoid buttons or zippers that your dog could chew. If your dog starts panting, biting at the sweater, or acting restless, it’s time to take it off.
When in doubt, blankets are a safe alternative that let your dog regulate their own comfort.

What if You Never Had to Clean Gutters Again?
Most gutter guards promise the world but still leave you climbing ladders to clear debris.
LeafGuard takes a completely different approach—instead of adding another layer to your existing gutters, they replace your entire system with a one-piece design that's engineered so debris never gets inside.
The science is pretty straightforward: water follows the curved hood into the gutter using liquid adhesion, while leaves, pine needles, and debris roll right off. No joints mean no leaks, and the aluminum is 20% thicker than standard gutters. With over 650,000 ladder-related injuries happening annually, eliminating gutter maintenance isn't just convenient—it's smart.
Daily Dig readers can take advantage of 75% off installation plus an additional $200 off. That's significant savings on a system backed by a lifetime no-clog guarantee and 25+ years of proven performance.
