True or False?
Dogs only dream about things they experience while awake.
(scroll to the bottom to find the answer!)

Why Some Dogs Fear Rain, Baths, or Swimming
Some dogs sprint away from a bath like itās a monster. Others are personally offended by a single raindrop. Sound familiar? Youāre not aloneāand your dogās reaction makes more sense than you might think.
Many pups simply havenāt been exposed to water in safe, positive ways. Baths might mean slippery floors, stinging eyes, or scary restraint. Rain? Thatās cold, noisy, and unpredictable. And swimming? Not every dog is built for it, or confident enough to try.
Hereās the good news: with a little prep, you can help your dog feel more comfortable. Start small. Let them sniff the tub when itās empty. Walk near water without forcing contact. Pair each step with treats, toys, or calm praise.
Rain gear for dogs (yes, it exists) can also help. And donāt underestimate your own influence. If you treat water like itās no big deal, your pup just might believe you.
Do you have any tips that helped your dog get used to the water? Send them in, weād love to hear from you!

Does Your Dog Hate Bathtime? Try This
Some dogs have a special talent for picking up smells. Whether itās from a muddy trail, a nap in the sun, or just being a dog, they somehow always manage to bring a little extra something home.
Thatās where Mrs. Meyerās Clean Day Dog Deodorizing Spritz comes in. This no-rinse spray makes it easy to freshen up your pup between bathsāno suds, no wrestling, no tub required. Just a few spritzes help moisturize the coat, add shine, and fight those stinky smells at the source.
Choose from two gentle scents made just for dogs and their humans: White Peach (sweet and ripe) or Sweet Chamomile (soft and calming). Both are made with pet-friendly ingredients, pH-balanced, and veterinarian-testedāso your dog smells great without anything harsh on their skin or fur.
Tips & tricks we recommend:
Spray 6 inches (or a pawās length!) away from the back of their ears to their tail, while avoiding your pupās nose, mouth, and eye area
Massage and brush into fur
Let dry!

What To Do If Your Dogās Itchy
You love your dog, but the constant scratching and licking at 2 a.m.? Not exactly peaceful. If your pup is itchy all the time, thereās usually a reasonāand luckily, there are a few things you can try at home.
First, rule out fleas. Even one bite can send some dogs into an itching spiral. Make sure your pupās on a reliable flea preventative, and if you havenāt in a while, give them a bath with a gentle oatmeal shampoo made for dogs.
Dry skin is another common culprit. Fish oil (especially from sardines or anchovies) can help support the skin barrier, but go slowātoo much can upset sensitive stomachs.
If bathtime is a battle, look for mousse or spray-on treatments. And for some dogs, a diet made for sensitive skin makes a noticeable difference.
Still itchy? Red or scabby skin means itās time to call your vet. Catching it early can save your dog from discomfort and you from more unwanted 2 a.m. wake-ups.
